Braintree: Teen given 12-month sentence for ASBO breach
A teenage boy who breached his ASBO and intimidated a witness has been sentenced to a year in a young offenders institution.
Charlie Berry, 16, of Grantham Avenue, Great Notley, was given the order in August last year along with his older brother Danny.
He was sentenced at Chelmsford Youth Court last Wednesday after he admitted breaching his ASBO and intimidating a witness.
