Tiptree: Pair trapped in car crash
TWO people were trapped in a crash involving two cars in Tiptree today.
Fire crews were called to the incident in Church Road at around 1:05pm.
They cut the roof off one vehicle and released the trapped pair by 2:28pm, who were then placed in the care of the ambulance service.
Two women were taken to Colchester General Hospital, one with chest pains and the other abdominal injuries.
