Punters raised more than £700 for hospice care.

The Little Elms pub in Dorothy Sayers Drive, Witham, hosted a fun day yesterday, including games, music, a barbecue and stalls.

Landlord Kieran Tame said: “It was very, very busy and had a really good community feel. It was absolutely great.”

Money raised will go to the J's Hospice in Great Baddow, which provides specialist care at home for patients aged 18 to 40.
