Braintree: Budding archaeologists take part in dig at site of demolished mansion
Budding archaeologists have been getting their hands dirty on the site of a mansion that was demolished in 1950.
Marks Hall, near Coggeshall, invited people to take part in a community dig day hosted by the University of Essex’s Howard Brooks and members of the Colchester Archaeological Group.
