Witham: Two vehicle crash on A12
A two-vehicle crash on the A12 has left a road partially blocked.
The A12 Northbound is partially blocked between J21 (Witham South) and J22 (Witham North) following the crash, according to the Essex Traffic Control Centre.
There is also central reservation damage and traffic is slow from after J19 (Boreham) with delays of ten minutes.
