More than 90 per cent of Greenfields tenants are happy with its services, according to the latest survey.

Greenfields Community Housing’s annual report for 2011 to 2012, which was released last week, showed that overall satisfaction had increased from 83 per cent to 92 per cent in three years.

Following the last survey in 2009, 3,000 tenants were randomly selected to answer a questionnaire about the housing association.

Chief Executive Phil Adams said: “We are really pleased with these results as they prove that we are going in the right direction for providing the high level of customer service that we strive for.

“Our residents are at the heart of what we do and we make it a priority to ensure that we get their views on everything that concerns them, so that we can tailor our service to their needs.

“Thank you to staff, board members, ‘involved’ residents and partners for making these results happen. “Here’s to the next three years.”
