Braintree district: Golfers raise £2,500 for charities

Golfers raised about £2,500 for charity.
Gosfield Lake Golf Club held its annual community golf day, with 104 players raising money for Canine Partners, Children with Cancer and Brainwave, which has a therapy centre in Witham.
The winning team were the Happy Hackers - Bernie Laskowski, Jake Letham, Nigel Chinnery and Wayne Hewson.
