Ten regulars donned an array of outfits for an hour long men only Zumba session for charity.
The men took part in the event at the Onley Arms in The Street, Stisted, to raise more than £1,200 for Cancer Research UK for research into prostate cancer.
The event came about after landlady Yvonne Whitwell returned from Zumba class saying it had been hard work and her husband Jim said it was easy.
She said: “It was like a red rag to a bull.
“The lads were messing about saying something so we decided to put them to the test.
“Some of them were freestyling, it was very funny, it really was funny.
“They had all their friends and family come to watch.”
Donations are still be collected from the event on July 14 and instructor Katie Roberts will also donate funds raised at a Zumba children’s show which took place in Stisted Village Hall last Friday.
