Ben Shires with pupils
A television presenter spent a day telling Witham pupils about his career.
Ben Shires, who appears on Channel 4, BBC and Channel Dave, visited teenagers at New Rickstones Academy in Conrad Road.
English teacher Jeff Pedley said: “A group of sixth form students who are studying performing arts got an excellent insight into the showbiz world with Ben revealing the inside to his career success and offering lots of helpful advice.
“Students were very appreciative of his appearance.”
