The Health and Safety Executive is investigating an accident in which a man suffered deep cuts to his chest.
It launched the investigation last week after Kryzszdof Chmielewski was injured whilst working at Essex Safety Glass in Moss Road, Witham, on April 3.
The 33-year-old who was believed to have been carrying glass when the accident happened spent one night in Broomfield Hospital.
At the time managing director Scott Sindon said the company took health and safety very seriously and is conducting a full investigation after reporting the incident to the HSE.
The HSE investigation is expected to take months.
