The MoD base in Wethersfield
Children in families stationed at a Ministry of Defence (MoD) base in Wethersfield are to receive support thanks to a new Government grant.
Wethersfield Primary School is among five schools in the county to have successfully applied for the Support for State Schools fund.
They will receive £5,700 from the MoD, which will go towards counselling services and after school clubs.
There are ten pupils at the school who are based at the MoD site.
