A frustrated ex-restauraur is set to lodge his second complaint over missing post.
Grandfather Tim Cheung of Blackwater Way, Bocking, claims that on two occasions he has sent mail containing important solicitor’s documents, only for the envelopes to arrive opened and their contents lost.
Nick Martens of Royal Mail would not comment specifically on this case.
He said: “If any customer has questions about Royal Mail services they should contact our Customer Services Team on 08457 740 740 or via the Royal Mail website, www.royalmail.com so we can investigate fully."
