Braintree: Long serving Ivan retires after nearly 50 years

Family and colleagues at a metalwork firm in Braintree have paid tribute to an office manager who is retiring after nearly half a century of service with the company.
Ivan Moore, of St Peters in the Field, Braintree, has worked at Finch Seaman Enfield since the 1960s and has retired after reaching his 65th birthday.
He has worked at the company, who are based on the Springwood Industrial Estate, ever since leaving school and used to be the firm’s managing director in its former guise as Finch Seaman and Sons.
