Witham: Sea cadet's dash for new HQ

A sea cadet will run 2.5km to raise money for his unit's new building.
Feering boy Toby Mitchell, 12, is due to take part in Saturday’s Junior Great South Run in Portsmouth.
His sponsor money will go to Maldon and District Sea Cadets for their £150,000 headquarters in Maldon.
