Three new eateries will be opening in the Braintree area.
Nandos, Caffé Uno and Dean’s Diner will be opening in the former Chicago premises at Braintree Leisure and Retail Park next to the Freeport shopping village.
Building work will start on May 3, and the new businesses should be open for business by early autumn.
Estates manager David Murray said: “The next few months are going to be very busy.”
