A stroke patient is attempting his second charity rowing challenge.
John Rendell hopes to reach 10,000 metres in one hour on a rowing machine to raise money for The Stroke Association.
The 50-year-old of Nottage Crescent, Braintree, achieved 9,600 metres and £100 sponsorship in his first challenge in June.
Mr Rendell’s latest fundraiser is on November 19, to coincide with him leaving hospital a year ago.
It will be at Complete Health and Fitness gym in East Street, Braintree.
