Mothers can enjoy a new way to keep fit and meet new friends.
Buggy walks are being launched in Braintree, for parents to take their children out for a group walk.
They will run at the Seesaw Centre in Lancaster Way on Tuesdays at 9.45am from next week and at the Carousel Centre, Chapel Hill,on Wednesdays at 2pm from October 13.
Both walks are free and will run for six weeks, but could be held regularly if popular.
Braintree Council is organising the walks.
