DO you recognise these antique figurines?
Thirty full-size Royal Doulton figurines were taken from a home in Kelvedon Road, Inworth, between 10am and 3pm on July 12.
Police are hoping someone may recognise the figures.
The pictures show the town most valuable items, a Jennifer figure of the year 1994 and Deborah figure of the year 1995, which had both been signed by Michael Doulton.
The stolen £25,000 haul also included a 42-inch TV, some alcohol and a black Mitsubishi parked outside.
It is believed the burglar stole the keys from the house.
DC Steve King said: “These figurines were of great sentimental value so we’re hoping that someone may recognise them.
“We believe the suspect may try and sell them on to an antiques dealer so we’re asking dealers to be vigilant when they take on items.”
Anyone who has seen any of the items pictured should contact Mr King at Colchester Police Station on 0300 333 4444.
