An accountancy firm started to reduce its carbon footprint by planting trees at a school.
Braintree’s Lambert and Chapman LLP teamed up with White Court Primary School in Great Notley and planted 50 trees in a corner of the school field.
Nick Forsyth, one of the firm’s partners, said the company decided to start the initiative after seeing something similar on TV.
He said the business has about 40 people working for it and they wanted to help offset their carbon footprint.
