Two families, who experienced holidays from hell, are suing First Choice Holidays and Flights Ltd.
In the summer of 2007 one family from Witham and a Silver End family were looking forward to their all-inclusive package holiday at the four star Bahia Principe Hotel in San Juan, the Dominican Republic.

Solicitors Irwin Mitchell issued the writ at London’s High Court on December 22.
Louise Evans, First Choice spokeswoman, said: “The health and well being of our customers is of paramount importance to First Choice."
