Great Leighs girl stars in reality TV show

Two fun-loving 24-year-olds will soon be gracing our television screens after taking part in a reality TV show.

Best friends Jenna Smith of Great Leighs and Jodie Coulson of Hornchurch were contestants on Channel Four’s Coach Trip.

Their antics will be exposed as the programme is broadcast from Monday next week.

Jenna and Jodie joined a number of other couples (best friends, partners, spouses and siblings) on an adventure across Europe, Africa and Asia.

The two Essex girls, who are both single, had to battle it out to remain on the coach for as long as they could during the 50-day tour.

The only way to do this was to remain popular with fellow contestants.

Voting took place each day and whoever got the most votes picked up a yellow card, and if they got a second yellow card they were thrown off the coach.

As one couple left, another jumped aboard.
