Clothes shop goes into administration

A children's clothes shop is in the hands of the administrators.

JS Childrenswear Ltd, which operates an Adams shop in Braintree, has gone into administration.

Administrators hope a buyer will be found for the chain store.

Adams in George Yard would have been celebrating 20 years in the town this year.

MCR and Gerald Edelman were appointed as joint administrators on January 22 Richard Merrim of MCR said: “They’re trading through and looking for a buyer.

“There are no plans to shut.”
