Ten people were arrested after police carried out a series of raids in and around Braintree.
Police hope to have sent out a hard-hitting message to all drug users and dealers following the raids last week.
Operation Highlands began on Monday (Feb 1) and saw five properties subject to police search warrants.
Police raided homes in Fairfield Road, Rose Hill, Great Notley, Wingate Close and Rifle Hill.
Braintree’s district commander, Chief Insp Nick Lee, said: “We intend to keep drugs off the streets of Braintree and surrounding areas. “Whenever we receive intelligence we will continue to disrupt and arrest offenders, and act quickly and decisively for the benefit of our community.
