THIS is the face of the teenager who stabbed young father Alan Reilly to death.

Kenny Cornwall - who was nicknamed ‘South Park’ after the television programme - was sentenced to life and must serve at least 15 years for murdering the Silver End man in Bocking.

The judge lifted a ban on identifying Cornwall, 17, saying it was in the public interest that those tempted to follow his style of life should know in real terms the consequences.

Drug dealer Cornwall, of Danesdale Road, Hackney, was convicted of murder in June at Chelmsford Crown Court.

He was just 16 when he savagely killed Mr Reilly, 25, whose son was born a week before his funeral.

Police have welcomed the sentencing.

Chief Insp Alan Gooden, district commander for Braintree, said: “The main thing really for us is to ensure that people are aware this is a very rare case for our area.

“To see something of such violence really is unusual for us so it is not something people should be concerned is on the increase.

“We are pleased for the family of Alan that this result was the one that was made and justice is seen to be done.”
