The eighth Brightlingsea Music Festival saw about 25 bands play in front of thousands of revellers over three days of free entertainment.
Organiser Chris West hailed the event as the best supported ever, with an estimated 6,000 fans turning out in the sunshine.
Colchester’s punk/folk rockers Saltdog were Saturday evening's final band.
