A GROWING company which has worked with Amazon, Absolute Vodka and Lacoste, is moving its headquarters to Witham’s £13.5 million new industrial site.

B2 Live Events, a live event production company based in Romford, London, is set to move to Witham in the near future.

The organisation has signed a ten-year lease on a 7,000 sq ft building at Freebournes Park.

Work was completed on Freebournes park last year by developer Chancerygate, the overall site is home to a 59,000 sq ft grade A urban logistics and industrial scheme.

The site has ten units which range from 4,400 sq ft to over 7,000 sq ft.

Once the lease is completed, B2 Live Events will relocate from its current base.

Owner Jeremy Boyce is delighted with the move and the company’s growth.

He said: “Since our inception, B2 Live Events has grown rapidly to become a trusted and recognised force within the events industry.

“Having outgrown our first location, we needed a new site to give us the ability to continue our growth plans, and Freebournes Park is an ideal fit.

“We’re really excited to have a blank canvas where we can set up what we envisage as the perfect workshop where we can pre-build our structures, hopefully taking our quality to the next level.”

B2 Live Events designs and builds exhibition stands for conferences, stage sets, pop-up retail events, and more.

Since its inception in 2019, B2 Live Events has worked will global brands such as NHS England, Guinness, Cadbury’s and Hilton Hotels.

All units at Freebournes Park have been designed to have a less impactful environmental footprint.

The events company will be able to access electric vehicle charging points and solar panels to provide electricity.

Chancerygate development director Matthew Young said: “We are pleased to welcome B2 Live Events to Freebournes Park and facilitate the company’s future growth plans.

“The deal is proof of the development’s credentials in attracting occupiers of all sizes, backgrounds and business operations through delivering industrial and warehouse accommodation which is best in class.

“Interest remains strong in the remaining units from a range of different occupiers based predominantly across Essex, with supply for new-build industrial units of this size bracket remaining low.”
