A FREE workshop is being held to help employers understand how to motivate and organise teams.
The ability to direct and motivate people is seen as critical to the success of high-functioning teams and organisations.

The workshop will focus on recognition and rewards, retention and appraisals, leadership and management styles, and communication skills.
It will take place on Tuesday, March 14, from 10am until 12noon at the Plaza, in Great Notley.
