A MAIN road is blocked after a crash involving 'multiple vehicles'.
The A12 London-bound is partially blocked between Junction 23 (Kelvedon south) and Junction 22 (Witham north).
It follows reports of a collision involving multiple vehicles.
Traffic is queuing for about five miles back to Junction 24 (Kelvedon north).
Essex Police are on the scene and have been approached for comment.
The force said it was a two-vehicle collision with no injuries reported, damage only.
Police were called at 11am, with a road closure in place for clean-up.
The A12 was fully opened by 12.15pm.
