PREPARATIONS are almost complete ahead of a mini festival which is set to get underway this week.
Rayne Free Festival will begin on Friday with electro-acoustic trio The Busketeers headlining with their mix of folk, rock and blues tunes by the likes of Paul Simon, Eric Clapton and The Beatles.
A group made up of music teachers and session musicians will play on Saturday with their mix of funk, disco, soul, pop, and a sprinkling of rock ānā roll.
The group is called funk2k and have previously performed with names such as Olly Murs.
Andy LeFevre, Johnny B. Goode, Katy Forkings, Dave Stannard, AKA and Sumners Tales will also perform across the weekend.
On Friday music will start at 6.30pm and run late. Meanwhile, on Saturday music starts at noon and will run late and Sunday music starts at noon and ends at 5pm.
Food including burgers, hot dogs, nachos, pulled pork and hummus will all be available while a bar will serve drinks.
Refreshments from the Red Fox Brewery will be on offer while gin and tonics, ciders and soft drinks will also be available.
