Second day of delays due to resurfacing of road
Residents of Witham are facing another day of traffic chaos due to roadworks.
Essex Traffic Control Centre is reporting long delays south on Cressing Road and northbound on Braintree Road.
Resurfacing work is ongoing in Rickstones Road, which seems to be behind the queues.
The work began on Monday and will last until at least the end of the week.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area if at all possible.
