Revellers were transported back in time at a 1940s tea dance in celebration of D-Day.
The event, which took place on Wednesday, June 6, the 74th anniversary of the historic operation, was held at Witham Public Hall, in Collingwood Road.
Jeff Short brought his band to the hall's stage, and dozens of vintage fans danced the afternoon away to the music of Glenn Miller, Bing Crosby, Doris Day and many more.
Dressing up was encouraged and the hall was decorated with suitable Union Jack bunting, flags and posters.
The event was sponsored by financial services company Cofunds, which is based in Witham.
