A BID to build 300 homes which was rejected after residents submitted more than 600 objections will go to appeal this week.
The appeal was lodged by Gladman Developments after planning permission to build the houses on land off Church Street, Bocking, was denied.
Members of the public are invited to attend the appeal which will be heard at Howard Hall, Braintree Masonic Centre, in Bocking End, at 10am on Tuesday, June 12.
In recent months, developers have also seen another application to build 265 homes on the same site also thrown out.
