Firefighters from Stansted raised almost £7,000 last year for good causes.
In all, £6,797.93 was raised by crews fundraising efforts, with more than £3,000 going to the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance, the most popular charity.
Paul Harrington, watch manager at Stansted Fire Station, said: "I’m very proud to have been part of such fantastic charitable work by our firefighters.
“This incredible sum of money will benefit various causes that make up important parts of our community – thank you to everyone who helped us reach this achievement.”
