British Transport Police Officers would like to speak to this man in connection with an incident of outraging public decency.

The incident happened on December 22 on board a service between London Liverpool Street and Rayleigh rail station between 12.35pm and 1.15pm.

A passenger saw a man staring at woman on the service. The man kept moving himself to look up her skirt by pretending to tie his shoe lace whilst bending down.

On arrival at Rayleigh station the man positioned himself behind the woman as she stood up. He placed his head and a camera under her skirt and took a number of photos.

Officers would now like to speak to the man in the image as they believe he may have information that could help with the investigation.

Anyone with any information should contact British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016 citing reference 197 of 23/12.
