Dereham Town 0-3 Bowers & Pitsea
(Dicks 5’, Nyanja 14’, Manor 45’)

Isthmian North
BOWERS & Pitsea are up to second in the Isthmian North after toppling Dereham Town in a table-topping clash.
Three first half goals sees Bowers close the gap at the top to five points and end the evening in the automatic promotion places.
The second-placed Magpies welcomed Bowers, just a point and position below them in the table with an automatic promotion place up for grabs come full-time.
And Bowers raced into an early lead.
Just five minutes had been played when Jamie Dicks picked up a corner and hammered it beyond the goalkeeper.
One became two eight minutes later and Bowers threatened to run riot. Dicks and David Knight combined and the latter unselfishly squared for Fahad Nyanja to prod home from close range.
Dereham had a chance to reduce arrears but Robbie Linford hit the crossbar and Bowers made them pay.
Lewis Manor got the third moments before the half-time whistle, composing himself before slotting home a cross from Ryan Boswell.
It was Knight’s turn to hit the post after the break but Bowers were comfortable, with Callum Chafer rarely troubled between the posts on an excellent day all around.
Bowers & Pitsea: Chafer, Boswell, Thomas, M. Stokes, Easterford, Dicks, Salmon, Sartain, Knight (Ashman 74’), Manor, Nyanja
