Stock image: Congestion on the A12
Traffic on the A12 is slow moving because of a broken down lorry blocking the inside lane.
The lorry has been there since about 6.30am and traffic is slow moving on the Londonbound carriageway between Hatfield Peverel, junction 20, and Boreham, junction 19.
