A music group for babies and toddlers teamed up with children's charity to help fund research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth.
Tommy's has teamed up with Jo Jingles groups across the country for this year's Jinglethon event.
The charity want to raise £100,000 by asking parents to sponsor their children to take part in classes.
On Monday at St Pauls Church Hall, Braintree, children took part in a fun musical explorers programme - with some even dressing up for the occasion.
Stella Paul, who runs the Jo Jingles Braintree and Chelmsford, said: "We were exploring around the countryside following our maps.
"All the kids seems to really enjoy themselves."
