A PERSON suffered a head injury when a vehicle crash into an electricity pole in Felsted.
Firefighters from Braintree were called to Braintree Road, Felsted, at around 9.43am this morning.
On arrival they found a vehicle which had left the roadway and collided with an electricity pole.
Two casualties were cut free by 10.30am.
One was left in the care of the ambulance service.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: "An ambulance crew and our Hazardous Area Response Team were dispatched to a report of two people in the car.
"One patient with a head injury was treated at the scene and was taken to Broomfield Hospital for further care.
"Their condition is not believed to be life-threatening."
