HEAVY rain is reported to have caused flooding on a busy road in Rivenhall.
Oak Road, Rivenhall, near to the A12 sliproad in the village is reported to be partially flooded this afternoon causing delays for drivers.
Drivers are advised to take care in the area.
Howbridge Road, Witham, is also said to be partially flooded.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for the next two days saying the storms could continue until Wednesday night.
People are warned that homes and businesses may flood and that tranport routes are likely to be affected.
Essex should stay dry for most of Tuesday and will be hit hardest on Wednesday.
