WITHAM'S air cadets are celebrating sweeping success at a countywide show.
On Sunday, July 9, members of Witham and Rivenhall 295 Squadron received 11 awards across various competitions at Essex Wing's Field Day - the most of any squadron on the day.
Each squadron entered different events throughout the day including musical and marching performances, testing the training cadets had gone through.
Sean Purcell, Squadron Commanding Officer and Flight Lieutenant, said: "I am immensely proud of all the cadets for not only this fantastic achievement but for the amount of hard work and hours of training & practice they have put in leading up to this.
"Each one of them is an ambassador for the Squadron as well as the organisation and is the true representation of what it means to be a Witham Air Cadet."
