A CAR crashed into a tree off the A12.
Four fire crews attended the incident in Hatfield Peverel at about 5.42pm last night.
Crews were called to the southbound carriageway of the A12 between junction 20a and junction 19, Hatfield Peverel to Boreham.
On arrival firefighters reported that one car had collided with a tree.
Firefighters assisted in making the scene safe and left one female casualty in the care of the ambulance service at 6.15pm.
