Slow traffic as police clear fence panel off road
TRAFFIC is building up after police blocked the A12.
There is slow traffic northbound from junction 22, Witham north, to junction 24, Kelvedon north.
At about 10.05am police briefly put in a rolling road block to clear a fence panel.
UPDATE 10.33AM: The incident has now been cleared.
