A SCHOOL has achieved a five-star rating in Health and Safety.
Maltings Academy in Witham was visited by the British Safety Council.
It was pleased to receive a five-star grading following a Five Star Occupational Health and Safety Audit.
The school was judged on leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk management, organisational health and safety culture and continual improvement.
Emma Baker, head of academy, said: “It is a great achievement for the staff and students to achieve this award again and we are very proud to be recognised."
