A SECOND man has been arrested in connection with a fire at a mosque.
A 49-year-old man from Braintree was arrested on suspicion of racially or religiously aggravated criminal damage in relation to the incident at the Al-Falah Braintree Islamic Centre, in Silks Way, Braintree, on January 8.
He has been released on bail until Sunday, April 9.
A 21-year-old from Braintree had previously been arrested on suspicion of arson and endangering life.
He is due to answer bail on April 9.
