There is major disruption on the railways this morning due to a problem at Romford station.
Several services have either been cancelled or altered this morning due to overhead wiring problems between Romford and Ilford, with problems expected to last right up until 10am.
Passengers are advised that both c2c and London underground are accepting passengers via any reasonable route and anyone holding advanced tickets will be allowed to travel on other services.
All trains running through Romford station are expected to be delayed by at least 30 minutes, Greater Anglia added.
The operator also stated that to manage the reduced line capacity some services to Southend and Colchester would be cancelled.
Network Rail engineers have now completed repairs to the overhead wires at #Romford JS
