Yobs pull off guttering after sliding down school roof in early hours
YOBS caused damage sliding down the roof of a school.
They entered Honywood Community Science School in Coggeshall and climbed on the roof.
One of the suspects used a canopy to slide down and pulled off some guttering.
Headteacher Simon Mason said: “The damage is annoying, of course, but I’d be even more worried for the safety of anyone getting on the roof, especially at night.
“The only message I would want to communicate is that those responsible need to be more thoughtful about how they entertain themselves, as they may injure themselves seriously doing things like this.”
The incident happened between 2.19am on March 12 and 6pm on March 13.
