A CHARITY craft fair to raise money for two important causes is being held in Hatfield Peverel.
On March 19 at Hatfield Peverel Village Hall, on Maldon Road, money is being raised for the National Deaf Children’s Society and Scope.
Inspired by two youngsters who have been against adversity fighting all their lives, Kristin and Jamie, the organisers want to donate as much money as possible to the charities.
Sandra Wiseman said: “Kristian and Jamie are well known in the communities and loved by all that they meet. Kristian suffers with quadriplegic cerebral palsy and epilepsy and Jamie cope every day with profound deafness.
“The hard work of both charity and support helpers gives hope to the parents and families. So this our way by raising money to give something back.”
The fair is open between noon and 4pm.
