A WOMAN in her 30s has been taken to hospital after several vehicles were involved in a crash on the A120.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash, near the Takeley junction, at around 11.40am this morning.
An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman said they sent a rapid response vehicle, an ambulance, the hazardous area response team and an ambulance officer.
The crash involved four or five vechicles.
One woman in her 30s has been taken to Broomfield hospital for further care after being treated at the scene.
Her condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
Essex Police have warned drivers to take care in wet conditions after another serious crash on the A12 earlier today.
