Travellers have moved to a second unauthorised encampment in Braintree
After leaving Marshalls Park two weeks ago a group of 13 caravans then set up in Godlings Way last Thursday.
The group then moved back on to Marshalls Park on Monday night after police issued a Section 61 order.
Cllr Simon Walsh, Essex County Council councillor responsible for environment and waste, said: "We are aware of this encampment and Essex Countywide Traveller Unit officers went along to the site on Thursday to begin proceedings to move the travellers on, and served a direction to leave notice on Friday."
