FLOODING has caused disruption across Braintree and Witham this morning.
The A12 London bound carriageway at Rivenhall is currently flooded.
There is traffic between junctions 23 Kelvedon North and 22 Witham South.
Elsewhere flooding at J14 is causing delays back to Hatfield Peveral.
On the trains there is disruption for passengers travelling from Witham and Braintree.
Flooding at Manor Park station has blocked trains heading from Essex into London.
Abellio Greater Anglia is warning passengers should "not travel unless it is necessary", with cancellations and delays of up to 90 minutes currently in place.
Trains heading from Braintree are affected.
A number of services into London from Witham have also been cancelled.

Essex County Council has warned motorists not to travel unless their journeys are absolutely necessary after last night’s torrential rain caused chaos on the county’s roads.
Firefighters have dealt with some 200 flood and weather related calls since midnight.
